We abide by all Fair Housing Laws.

Rent Collection

Rent collection can be a headache, but with RentFAM, it's not. With the use of our online tenant portal, paying has never been easier for renters. With the convenience of online payment, we have noticed fewer instances of late payments and other issues such as lost checks.

In the rare event that a tenant has not paid beyond the grace period specified in the lease, we will collect the late fees along with the regular rent amount. In the unfortunate event that a tenant stops paying rent, we will assist in the eviction and re-renting process.

Financial Reporting

Our owner portal makes it easier than ever to monitor the performance of your investment property. We provide monthly owner statements containing details of your property's cash flow. Here, you'll find items such as copies of any bills or invoices that were incurred. Additionally, you'll have access to information regarding your tenants' rent collection and processing, as well as the rent payment history for your property. At the beginning of each year, you'll also receive any necessary tax information or statements, including 1099 forms. For investors seeking an even more passive investment approach, we also offer utility management for an additional fee, where we process all utilities on your behalf.


Our maintenance services include electrical, plumbing, roofing repairs, unit turnover, and service calls. Before a tenant moves in, we conduct a walkthrough with our management team to ensure everything is in order. After move-out, our in-house construction company Tom's Complete Construction performs another walkthrough to confirm the property's condition. Since our maintenance team is part of our in-house construction company, they know your property inside and out, so you can trust your property is being taken care of. Additionally, we offer a service called preventative maintenance. With this service, we determine the frequency of inspections to perform tasks such as changing the HVAC filter and smoke detector batteries. During inspections, if we identify any issues, we provide repair quotes or issue violations as necessary.
