Rent Collecting & Accounting
We use an online tenant portal for renters to manage payment processes online. This portal allows the owner to see any payments and charges.
Maintenance & Inspection
Our maintenance services include electrical, plumbing, roofing, repairs, unit turnover, and service calls. We conduct inspections before and after move in. Since our maintenance team is a part of our in-house construction company, our team knows your property inside and out so you can trust your property is taken care of.
